VFR750 swing arm brace

We have designed and manufactured a swing arm brace to fit all VFR750 single sided swing arms.
This can either be supplied ready to be welded on to your swinging arm if you wish this to be done by someone local to you to save on the shipping costs of sending you swing arm to us.
Or we can carry out the work for you at an additional cost of £50 plus return delivery of £15.
The swing arm brace is made from 35mm x 2.5mm wall 7020 T6 tube and is supplied mirror polished.
The cost for the brace on its own is £175 including postage.

New and improved thumb brake

We have totally redesigned our original budget thumb brake.
All machined items have been modifided to reduce weight and also improve the looks.
The thumb brake is now anodised with the exception of the thumb paddle which we feel makes a nice contrasting colour against the black main body.
These cost £230 plus p&p at £6.50 per unit

Custom Frame Manufacture (1200 Suzuki Bandit)

We have designed and fabricated this frame to be used with either the 1200 Bandit motors or GSXR1100 motors.
The frame geometry is set up to allow the use of modern radial brake forks without upsetting the steering head angle geometry.
The frame is made from a combination of CDS2 and T45 tube and although it is steel is considerably lighter than the stock 1200 bandit frame.

Streetfighter Swinging Arm

This swinging arm is designed and being made by ourselves.
The swinging arm is made from 6083T6 Aluminium tube.
The photos show the swinging arm through various stages of construction and will ber updated to final completed photos shortly.
The linkage arrangement which will be used is from a cbr600rr which means that the shocker is not linked to the frame at its top mount.
This will mean that the frame doesnt need the additional bracing in this area to allow for the stresses usually transferred to the frame in this area.

Streetfighter Oil Catch Tanks

We make a vast range of Oil catch tanks which are used mainly by streetfighter owners.
The tanks are made from 6083T6 aluminium.
The end caps are domed and all hose connectors are swages to allow for secure attachment of the breather hoses.
We can supply them with round or oval main bodies and also with loose or welded on mounting brackets.
